What we keep, why, and for how long
What. What you send in this form: your choice, name, organisation, email and message, and the time it arrived. We do not store your IP address or browser details with it. Our public pages set no cookies and run no third-party analytics; the watch app sets one sign-in cookie when you sign in.
Why. To answer you, and to keep a record of what was asked and when. We do not sell it or use it for anything else. We share it only if you tick the box to be introduced to our affiliate, and then only this request. Full notice: /privacy.
Where. In a private, encrypted store we control (Amazon Web Services, in the United States).
How long. We keep the submission in our system for up to 24 months, then delete it. A copy also arrives in our business email. The copy in our business email is kept under the same 24-month rule. To have it deleted sooner, or to see what we hold, write to inquiries@bsjventures.com.
