eufy 4G LTE Cam S330 (T86P2): who makes it, what’s inside, and how it reads against the US lists.

Two applications filed 20 October 2023, one for the LTE radio and one for Wi-Fi. The test reports name the LTE radio as a Quectel EC25-AFXD module under its own FCC ID, and the internal photos, held under short-term confidentiality until 18 April 2024, confirm it. Quectel Wireless Solutions appears on the 1260H list; the grantee, Anker Innovations, does not. The read is "covered" on that one component.

Confidentiality

Both applications carry a confidentiality request letter and covered-equipment attestation statements. The internal photos and the manual were held under short-term confidentiality and became public on 18 April 2024, about six months after filing.

The record is public. On the FCC’s own search (apps.fcc.gov, equipment authorisation) enter grantee code 2AOKB and product code -T86P2 (the FCC keeps the dash as part of the product code); each exhibit above is listed there by the number in the Exhibit column.

What the exhibits and the photos show.

A module is counted when an exhibit declares it or its own FCC ID is readable on a photo. A chip is counted when its marking can be read; a logo alone, or an illegible marking, is recorded as exactly that.

Modules the record declares

  • Quectel Wireless Solutions EC25-AFXD LTE moduleFCC ID XMR202008EC25AFXD
Named in the LTE test reports (exhibits 6868934 and 6868935) under its own FCC ID; confirmed on the internal photos (exhibit 6868838).

Also in the record

The 1260H list is a Department of Defense list. It matters for DoD contracting under FY24 NDAA section 805 (from 30 June 2027), not for the FCC’s equipment-authorisation rules, and this read does not say which rule applies to any purchase.

A declared module is made by a listed maker: the Quectel EC25-AFXD LTE module, and Quectel Wireless Solutions appears on the 1260H list. The host maker, Anker Innovations, is not listed.

The record shows the host maker, or the maker of a declared module or a chip read in the photos, on one of the three lists.
