Surplus infrastructure gear, verified before it is sold.
Surplus is usually poorly described and sold as-is. Brich House buys it, tests it, grades it, wipes it, has it calibrated where relevant, and sells it with the same record the watch keeps: model, firmware, serial, origin and test result. Our own stock, held to the same standard.

Every buyer is screened against the restricted-party lists before anything ships. The origin record states what public sources showed on the date it was signed; it is a record, not a legal opinion. Stock and pricing on inquiry.
Our own stock, kept apart from the services.
Verified equipment is Brich House’s own stock. Brich House, a BSJ Ventures company, buys it, owns it and sets its price as a seller. That is separate from procurement on instruction, where BSJ buys for you, shows you every quotation and takes no margin on the goods.
The desk and the watch are worth something because they are independent. They never steer an owner toward Brich House stock, and where a client of the desk or the watch buys from it, that overlap is disclosed in writing before the sale.
Questions we are asked.
- Where can I buy tested surplus test equipment with a data-wipe certificate?
- From Brich House, a BSJ Ventures company. Every unit is powered, tested and graded against a written standard, wiped where it holds data with a certificate per serial, and calibrated by an accredited laboratory where it is test and measurement equipment. Stock and pricing are on inquiry: ask for a model or a category.
- What record comes with each unit?
- Model, firmware, serial, origin, test result and grade, the wipe certificate, any calibration certificate, and any resale, export or end-use condition carried from the original sale. The origin record states what public sources showed on the date it was signed; it is a record, not a legal opinion.
- Do you ship outside the United States?
- No. Verified equipment ships within the United States only, never through a freight forwarder, and every buyer is screened against the restricted-party lists before anything ships.
