How it works
Four steps, one record.
- Tell us what you haveWhat it is, how many, and where it is, with photos. A list or a spreadsheet is fine.
- We verify itEach item is checked against its claim: the cert, the serial, the reference, the papers. Cards are verified with Brich House.
- An offer, or an agreementWe make an outright offer, or agree in writing to sell it for you. Nothing is owed until you accept.
- Paid or settledPaid on collection when we buy. Settled after the sale when we sell for you. The record is kept either way.

- Photos
- Front and back, any marks or damage, and the labels.
- Certs and grades
- The cert number on a graded card or coin.
- Serials and references
- On a watch, a piece of equipment, anything numbered.
- Papers and boxes
- Warranty cards, certificates, the original box.
- Receipts
- Where and when it was bought, and from whom.
- Location
- Where it is now, how it is stored, and how many pieces.
